Return Policy

Returns You can return any product purchased from us within 30 days of the order date. In order to make the return process as smooth as possible, please read the following procedure carefully.

1. You should call us at (417)889-2727 or stop by the hospital and request a refund. Please provide an explanation of why your product needs to be returned.

2. Return items using the address on the invoice. If you no longer have the invoice, please write your name, address, client number and contact information on another piece of paper and include it the box. Anything you return should be either unopened and in new condition to ensure that you're eligible for a full refund.

3. We will contact you with details of your refund, once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error, and the entire order is returned. DeerfieldvetRx.com will only process returns and refunds for items purchased at DeerfieldRx.com.

Note: Due to general health considerations, we regret that there can be no returns on medications dispensed in generic, child proof dispensing vials. Also, all returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
